This is a used frame that includes only a bill of sale. Two things to know about this frame, first is I believe this to be a Canadian model, tag is different then the USA models and some of writing is in French. Second thing is this was from a brand new quad used at a tech school, students would take it apart and put it back together. But this frame was just used more for parts so was never put back together. Its like new, includes the components like stem and brake pedal. No rust damage at all.
