This is a used part that has been cleaned, tested and inspected to ensure quality. The right pipe end cap is messed up. Someone had welded a metal piece across it to hold it together. The right pipe does have a light rattle when shaken. The pipes to have excessive scratches on them. The pipes do not have any cracks along the sides of them. The pipes are in fair condition.
