Important Notes: New regulations in 2014 state that Miata’s registered in New York must now comply with CA’s CARB orders. 99-05 cars must also check their OEM Emissions sticker under the hood for a Federal Emissions sticker with the EPA regulation call out, or the CA Emissions sticker with the California call out.
