ILM brings us another performance piece that is well-engineered specifically to give your Miata more power. The scoop brings cool air in from in front of the radiator, then charges through the enclosed box, increasing the speed of the air. The kit then has a super-smooth silicone hose for the passage from the MAF into the engine. Colder air is denser and keeping the passages smooth means more power! The kit is designed to use a stock-size square filter, so you can install the K&N or JR reusable filter you already have. Note this kit when installed removes the hood prop, please check out our hood strut kits as a replacement. Not CARB approved and cannot ship to an address in the state of California or Colorado.
