We do all of the thinking, so you don’t have to. Our gaskets are manufactured from materials specifically chosen for each individual application. From top-end sets to complete kits for a full teardown, you can be sure that Namura gaskets are up to the task at hand.

Namura gaskets are manufactured to OE-specs, which means no trimming or fitment issues. Our materials are explicitly selected for their temperature, oil, fuel, and coolant-resistant qualities as well as tested using ASTM standards. Each design is evaluated against rigid quality-control standards to ensure each set meets or exceeds OE performance. Clutch gaskets are available for certain applications.

AF Gasket Material
Composed of non-asbestos Nitrile Butadiene bonded Cellulose fiber materials; they are commonly used in clutch cover, oil pump, and coolant applications. Components maintain their tensile strength and torque retention in operating conditions of over 300ºF.

Steel & MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) Gaskets
No other gasket is more crucial than your head gasket. The seal between your cylinder and cylinder head is exposed to more heat and extreme pressures than anywhere else in your engine. In order to match these extreme conditions we offer one of the most advanced head gaskets on the market. Constructed from multiple layers of stainless steel to resist corrosion and erosive chemicals commonly found in your engine, then using an on-off pattern, our MLS gaskets are coated/embossed with a Fluoroelastomer based rubber to tightly seal the metallic mating surfaces. By doing this they can withstand the sheering forces created by the two surfaces (cylinder head and cylinder). This coating also enhances the bond between the gasket material and the imperfect surfaces commonly found when rebuilding your engine.

Seals & O-rings
NBR, Fluoroviton, and Silicone are selected for each application based upon the following characteristics: Temperature Resistance, Abrasion Resistance, Chemical Resistance, and their Aniline Point. A Teflon coating is applied on certain applications to prolong performance life.

  • Upper construction is made from innovative and light microfiber material that is flexible and abrasion resistant.

  • Light microfiber on front and rear bellow gives more comfort on the flexible area.

  • Toe box is made of synthetic material for high abrasion.

  • Extended PU synthetic gaiter helps seal out excessive water and dirt entry.

  • Contoured TPU calf protector plate, TPU higher medial protector, TPU outer lateral ankle and TPU heel counter offer support and resistance to impacts.

  • Rear TPR gaiter patch applied on top of the TPU calf protector gives protection and comfort on rear flex.

  • Injected TPU shin plate connected with the TPU medial protector panel; Velcro® upper closure, plus TPR flap for broad ranging calf fit adjustment and support.

  • The TPU higher medial protector is designed with technical texture for improved grip.
  • Bio-mechanical medial blade system allows a good front rear flex giving support and protection to the ankle.

  • The ergonomic TPU triple buckle straps are wrapping harmoniously the front flex from the medial protector to the lateral side without compromising the flex.

  • New closure system includes 3 polymer buckles with an innovative closure system. This closure includes a ratchet with memory and a quick release/locking system with self-aligning design for easy, precise closure; buckles are replaceable. Innovative one-piece TPU injected dual compound foot shell, reinforced by a metal shank inside a co-injected toe reinforcement.

  • Soft foams surrounds the ankles and collar offer comfort and shock absorbing performance.

  • Entire textile lining for more comfort.

  • Replaceable EVA footbed with textile lining on top.

  • Exclusive high grip rubber compound outsole. The sole is replaceable.

  • Tech 3 boot is CE certified to EN13634:2010.
